1. Initial Consultation

The agency meets with the client to discuss their goals, objectives, and requirements for the events.

2. Proposal

The agency provides the client with a detailed proposal that outlines the event's scope, budget, timeline, and deliverables.

3. Planning and Design

Once the proposal is approved, the agency begins the planning and design phase, which includes selecting the venue, and the accommodation, creating a theme and concept, and designing the event's layout, décor, and branding.

4. Vendor Coordination

We work with various vendors, including caterers, entertainment providers, and audio-visual companies, to ensure that all aspects of the event are coordinated and executed flawlessly.

5. Pre-event Preparation

The agency prepares all materials, equipment, and staff needed for the event(s) and conducts rehearsals, and run-throughs to ensure that everything is ready for the big day.

6. Onsite Management

On the day of the event, the agency provides onsite management, overseeing the setup, execution, and breakdown of the event, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
